For international customers, the $35 shipping charge will be added to the first installment payment and will not be spread out over the 10 payments.

I'm not very tech savvy. Will the online courses be hard to figure out?

Not at all! Our online platform was specifically built with adults in mind. The lessons are very easy to navigate and move through, logging in is a breeze, and the video lessons are fun and bite-sized. After enrolling, you'll immediately be taken to your online lesson environment, while also receiving an email with instructions and some follow up information about your account. There aren't any hidden fees, are there? 

Definitely not! Our two payment options - the one time payment of $699 or our 10 monthly payments of $79.90 - are the only tuition costs you'll have. 

Do I need a piano or will a keyboard suffice?

A keyboard will work just fine! We suggest that your keyboard have at least 61 keys, and a sustain pedal is nice to have as well. Besides that, everything else is just "bells and whistles." 

How long do I have to try out the courses?

You have 1 month to give the courses a test run through our 30 day money back guarantee. 

Do I have to pay for shipping? When will I receive the books? 

Shipping is free for US students. It is $35 for any international student. On average we are able to get the books delivered to our students who reside in the continental US within 4-7 days and for our international students usually within 6-14 days. 

Are these courses only for beginners? 

No! Even if you already have some experience, these courses will work for you, especially if you come from a classical background. We suggest everyone start at Course 1, even if it is a bit of a review, so you can build a solid foundation in Scott's method. 

What does "lifetime membership" entail? 

“Lifetime membership” is defined as a paid customer being able to access the online learning environment and its videos and resources as long as the Piano in a Flash domain is active and accessible online. Lifetime membership does not constitute a customer's ability to request refunds or returns during said lifetime. If the domain becomes inactive and inaccessible for any reason, whether that be temporary issues befalling the domain or permanent closure of the domain, students will no longer have access to the online learning environment and its videos and resources.

What system requirements do I need to play the lessons? 

All you need is a device that can access the internet (tablet, smartphone, laptop, desktop, etc.) and a keyboard or piano. That is it! We do not require you to download or use any complicated software to participate in our lessons.
